Registration

Entry fee is $80.00 for each player.  The tournament check-in/registration starts at 8:00 a.m. with a start time of 9:00 a.m.  The entry fee includes:

18 Hole with Cart

Coffee and Doughnuts in the morning

Lunch at the Turn (beverages included)

Barbeque upon Completion (beverages included)

Prizes

Optional Skins, other events, and raffles

 

Please fill out the following form and click the submit button.  Once your payment is received a confirmation email will be sent.  If you do not have an email account we will call to confirm that we have received your payment.  In order to give Hidden Valley and the organization time to prepare, all payments are due in by September 12th, 2009.  Make checks payable to Norman E.
